Make a list of the companies you will be interested in. You may find one on the list I provide, or do a search for direct sales companies online.

Determine what amount of start up cost you will be able to provide. There are some that start at $10, and some that start at $300. You need to know what you are able to afford in the beginning.

Research each company that you are interested in. Each offer different things, you have to find out which one is best for you.

Think about which company provides products that you can sell. There is no need to begin a direct sales business if you cannot sell the items. Consider what people you will be selling to, and what they may want to purchase.
